1. Definitions and General Introduction

This document is a legally binding agreement between 8k bd ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By using any service provided through the 8k bd website, mobile application, or any other channel, you are considered to have automatically accepted these terms.

"Services" refers to all online casino games, sports betting, lottery, live casino, virtual games, and all related features offered by 8k bd. "Account" refers to each member's registered personal profile, which is recognised as a single valid account.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to use 8k bd's services. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If it is later found that a member is under 21, that account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may not be refunded.

Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, they will be flagged as duplicate accounts and all associated accounts will be suspended.

8k bd reserves the right to verify the identity of any registered member. For this purpose, a copy of a national identity card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be requested. Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete.

3. Account Security and Password

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. These must not be shared with any third party. You are responsible for any transaction carried out using your login credentials.

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

The same mobile banking methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay — must be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though verification may cause delays in some cases.

4.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or unusual, 8k bd may temporarily hold it for investigation. If evidence of fraudulent activity is found, the relevant account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

5. Bonus and Promotional Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example — a deposit of ৳1,000 will add a bonus of ৳1,500, making the total balance ৳2,500; to make this bonus withdrawable, wagering of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be completed.

A bonus is not "free" money — it is an additional benefit granted on top of a deposit, which becomes withdrawable only after the specified wagering requirements are met.

5.2 Other Promotions

Weekly reload rewards, slot festival bonuses, birthday gifts, and referral rewards each have their own terms — wagering rates, validity periods, and eligibility criteria may vary. It is recommended to read the specific terms of each promotion before claiming it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Opening multiple accounts, providing false information, or using any other dishonest method to exploit bonus offers will result in cancellation of all related bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

6. Gaming Rules and Finality of Outcomes

All games on the 8k bd platform — slots, live casino, sports betting, fishing games, baccarat, roulette, Teen Patti — are operated using software from third-party game providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and there is no possibility of manipulation.

• For sports bets on cancelled events, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Attempting to interfere with or exploit errors in the platform's software.
• Playing games using automated bots or scripts.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Threatening or harassing other members.
• Registering under a false identity.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes against the platform.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above prohibited activities is found, the account will be closed immediately and 8k bd reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

8. Account Suspension and Closure Rules

8.1 Suspension by 8k bd

8k bd may temporarily suspend any account for breach of terms, suspicious activity, or verification requirements. No bets or withdrawals can be processed during the suspension period. Once the investigation is complete, the account will either be reactivated or permanently closed.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Available balance may be withdrawn before closure, but any bonus that has not met its wagering requirement will be cancelled.

9. Limitation of Liability

8k bd is not liable for direct or indirect losses caused by technical issues on the platform, server downtime, or software errors from third-party game providers. However, if a bet's stake is lost due to a technical issue, it will be refunded subject to investigation.

Financial losses resulting from gaming decisions are entirely the member's own responsibility. 8k bd accepts no liability for the outcome of games.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

8k bd's detailed Privacy Policy applies to the collection and use of members' personal information. By registering, you are also considered to have accepted the terms of that policy.
